One of Memphis' more recent additions, the 32-story Pyramid Arena is taller than the Statue of Liberty, making it an unmissable new feature of the city's skyline. It is the third largest pyramid in the world and has a base the size of six football pitches. The Pyramid Arena features a 21,000-seat capacity and is home to the MBA Memphis Grizzlies. Situated on the banks of the Mississippi River, this major Memphis entertainment complex hosts sporting events, family shows and concerts. Guided walking tours through the backstage areas, dressing rooms, locker rooms and the arena are available.
